This delicious and refreshing Mango Matcha Latte is a nice fruity twist to a regular Iced Matcha Latte. This recipe can easily be your favorite Matcha latte this summer!

Mango Matcha Latte Ingredients:

- Mango: Choose a sweet, ripe mango variety, which is abundant during the summer mango season.
- Matcha: Use ceremonial-grade Matcha powder to prepare the best Matcha.
- Hot Water: for prepping the Matcha.
- Milk: Coconut milk was used in this recipe, but you can use any plant milk of choice.
- Sweetener: I used maple syrup; alternatively, you can use any liquid sweetener.
- Ice Cubes
How To Prepare:
- Cut the mango in half and scoop the flesh. Add it to a blender along with one cup of coconut milk.
- Blend till smooth.
- Scoop the other half of the mango and, using a fork, smash it.
- Prepare the Matcha by adding hot water to the Matcha powder and whisking it.
- Assemble the mango Matcha latte by adding the smashed mango at the bottom. Next, add ice cubes, the mango milk blend, and the Matcha.
- Mix and enjoy this refreshing cold drink!

Storing Leftovers:
While I highly doubt you will have any leftovers, you can store them in the fridge. While they’re best prepared and consumed fresh, they still last well in the refrigerator for a few days.

- ½ tbsp matcha powder
- hot water
- ½ cup ice cubes
