Mango Matcha Latte Recipe

This delicious and refreshing Mango Matcha Latte is a nice fruity twist to a regular Iced Matcha Latte. This recipe can easily be your favorite Matcha latte this summer!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp matcha powder
  • hot water
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Cut the mango in half and scoop the flesh. Add it to a blender along with one cup of coconut milk.
  • Blend till smooth.
  • Scoop the other half of the mango and, using a fork, smash it.
  • Prepare the matcha by adding hot water to matcha powder and whisking.
  • Assemble the mango matcha latte by adding the smashed mango at the bottom. Next, add ice cubes, the mango milk blend, and the matcha.
  • Mix and enjoy.
