- ¼ cup almonds
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 2 garlic minced
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2½ cups spinach
- 2 cups parsley
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp pink salt
Prepare all of the ingredients to make the pesto sauce.
Into the food processor, add the almonds and walnuts and process, until a coarse powder.
Start adding the rest of the ingredients and process till its creamy.
