Add sunflower, pumpkin, and hemp seeds to the food processor and pulse until they become coarse or chunky powder.
Next, add the pitted dates, flaxseed powder,sesame seeds, cacao powder, and a pinch of pink salt and blend on high until a thick dough is formed and feels "sticky" in your hands.
