This tropical-inspired mango smoothie recipe is the perfect summer thirst quencher. All you need is a handful of ingredients, frozen and then blended to make this perfectly creamy and plant-based mango smoothie!

  • Vitamix or any high-speed blender

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 orange juiced frozen into ice cubes
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple cubes
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3 frozen mangoes
  • 4 fresh passion fruit optional

Instructions
 

  • Into a Vitamix add the coconut yogurt, orange juice cubes, frozen pineapple, frozen bananas, and frozen mangoes.
  • Add one fresh passion fruit and blend till everything is mixed well.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass jar and add the remaining passion fruit; mix well and enjoy!
