Hibiscus Iced Tea Recipe

¾ cup dried hibiscus flower 1 cinnamon stick 2 tsp rose water 3 tbsp maple syrup ½ lemon sliced ginger few knobs 2 cups water 500 ml sparkling water
Add hibiscus dried flowers to a French press or any glass jar.
Next, add cinnamon stick, rose water, maple syrup, lemon slices, and ginger slices.
Pour the water and place the French press cover or the jar lid
Let it steep in water for 3 to 4 hours. This will be the tea concentrate.
Strain the tea into a glass. Fill about 1/4 or half of the glass/cup, then add sparkling water to fill the rest of the glass.
Add ice cubes, and the iced tea is ready to be served.
