- 3 lemons
- 1 head celery
- 158 g kale 7 large stalks
- 128 g arugula
- 88 g spinach
- 100 g coriander
- 100 g parsley

- 4 green apples big
- 5 Persian cucumbers big
- 1 pinch black pepper
Begin by prepping your ingredients and washing and cutting the veggies and fruits.
Start juicing by adding the ginger, turmeric, and lemon to the juicer first. Then, start juicing the celery, green leafy veggies, apples, and cucumbers.
