Ingredients
  

  • 3 Hass avocados medium size
  • 6 sourdough toast
  • 1 lime
  • salt and pepper to taste

macadamia pesto ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • ¼ cup roasted & salted macadamia nuts
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 tsp pink salt
  • ½ tsp pepper flakes

Tahini sauce ingredients:

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 lemon juice
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • white & black sesame seeds optional for garnish

Tomato and olives avocado toast:

  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup olive mix greens & kalamata
  • 2 tsp zaatar mix
  • 4 tsp olive oil

Instructions
 

Macadamia pesto Avocado toast recipe:

  • To a food processor add the basil, macadamia nuts, crushed garlic clove, nutritional yeast, olive oil, and salt then blitz.
  • Toast your bread. Scoop the avocado flesh and either slice it or smash it to your liking, and squeeze a bit of lime juice on top.
  • Start making the avocado toast by spreading the pesto on the toasted bread then top it with the avocado sliced. Sprinkle pink salt and pepper flakes on top.

Avocado toast with tahini sauce recipe:

  • Into a mixing bowl add tahini. juice of 1 lemon, water, crushed garlic clove, and mix til it's combined and creamy sauce. season it according to taste.
  • Toast the bread, cut the avocado into chunks and add it to your toast then drizzle the lemony tahini sauce on top and sprinkle the sesame seeds for garnishing.

Tomato & olives avocado toast recipe:

  • Cut the tomatoes & olives in halves or slice them and set a side.
  • mix the za'atar and olive oil and set aside.
  • Toast the bread, smash the avocado with a fork to smooth it, and add it to your toast. Top it with the tomato and olives slices and then drizzle the zaatar and olive oil mix on top and enjoy.
