Shirazi Salad Ingredients:
- Persian cucumbers
- Roma tomatoes
- Red onion
- fresh mint leaves
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Red grape vinegar
- Salt and pepper.
How To Make Shirazi Salad:
- Finely dice cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion.
- Chop red onion and mint leaves
- Mix all the dressing ingredients.
- Add the chopped vegetables to a salad bowl, drizzle with the dressing, and mix well.
- The salad is ready to be served!
