retinol juice

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not against Retinol creams or skin care in general. However, if any of these can be provided by nature, then why not?

Retinol is a form of vitamin A used widely to treat skin problems such as acne. Also, reduce signs of aging and stimulate collagen production!

This is an easy-to-prepare cold-pressed juice recipe, you will need a few ingredients to prepare this skin booster potion at home!

Retinol Juice Ingredients & Benefits:

retinol Juice ingredients
  • Beetroot: it helps firm, smooth, and naturally gives the skin a pink glow! Beetroot is also rich in vitamin C, which can brighten the skin and fade imperfections.
  • Carrots: due to their high content of beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A, an essential nutrient for maintaining healthy skin. It promotes collagen production and protects against UV damage, plus many other benefits for the skin.
  • Apples: provide hydration and sun protection.
  • Lemons are packed with vitamin C. They help brighten skin, reducing blemishes, and hydrate the skin.
  • Ginger helps improve acne, reduce wrinkles, and minimize scars and blemishes.
  • Orange helps prevent acne, reduces signs of aging, improves skin tone and texture, and helps moisturize the skin.

How To Make This Juice?

  • If using a juicer (which is highly recommended): Peel all the veggies & fruits and juice them. Double-strain the juice (if you prefer) using a colander. Then pour into a glass and ready to be served!
  • If using a blender, peel all the veggies and fruits and add them to the blender. Add water to help the blender start. Blend till smooth. Strain the juice using a milk bag or colander.

Storing leftovers:

Transfer the juice into sealed glass bottles/ jars. The juice can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
