This Homemade Pineapple and Coconut Juice recipe is a delicious, refreshing, sweet, and tangy juice. Perfect to enjoy on hot summer days!

It is quite easy to prepare this tropical, cold-pressed pineapple juice. All you need is a few ingredients, a juicer or blender, and you can enjoy a homemade, healthy, and tasty pineapple juice!
Ingredients:

- Pineapple: Choose a fresh and ripe pineapple to make this juice.
- Coconut water: either fresh coconut water or a store-bought bottle of coconut water.
- Fresh mint leaves
- Green apples
- Lime
How To Make Pineapple & Coconut Juice:
If using a juicer :
- Peel and cut the pineapple. I also like to juice the pineapple core.
- Peel the lime skin; juicing citrus skin will result in a bitter-tasting juice.
- Peel the apples’ skin; unless it’s organic, you can juice the whole apples.
- Add the fruits to the juicer and juice them.
- Transfer the juice to a jug and add coconut water, and mix well.
- Serve the juice!
If using a blender:
- Peel and cut the fruits (same as above)
- Add them to a blender (in batches), plus add coconut water, to help the blender start.
- Once blended, run the juice through a sieve or colander to strain the juice.
- You can save the pulp to add to smoothies later.
- Serve the juice and enjoy!
Storing Leftovers:
Transfer any leftover juice to a glass bottle or sealed jar and store it in the refrigerator. The juice can last up to 4 days in the fridge.
